November 9, 2019 Hidden Valley Nature Preserve in Riverside, CA.
What a great day for the Club members! They were able to create and keep molds of different animal paw prints, take a wonderful hike and learn all about our local animal and plant life as well as the Native Americans who lived in our area! The Tongva or Kizh lived here, and still do! The Club members were also able to interact with many animals including a python, Madagascar hissing cockroach, rabbit, and stickbug! Such fun! We ended an eventful morning with a great picnic lunch at the Nature Preserve's picnic area. Thank you Hidden Valley! A hidden treasure in our little neck of the woods. An Ex Club HIGHLY recommends you visit this beautiful and peaceful site.

The Animal Exploration Club had a fantastic outing at the Orange County Zoo. The Club had a private animal presentation by the zoo keepers. There were so many wonderful animals throughout the zoo that they were able to interact with first hand. We want to thank the OC Zoo for being so accommodating to our Club. What a wonderful day!
Our first meeting on March 29 was a success! We had Fin the Wonder Corgi, Jamie from Doggie Spa in Corona showing the members how to do Dog Grooming and introduce them to the vocation of dog grooming. We also had a wonderful art lesson from a local high school art teacher. Please stay posted for more events and contact us if you are interested in joining!
