ANEX CLUB, INC. DISCLAIMER AND CLUB POLICY
AnEx Club, Inc. is 501 (c) (3) tax exempt non-profit organization founded to assist autistic teens and young adults interested in animals to become more social and learn about potential careers and vocations associated with their interests. It is open to teen members between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age and young adults up to age 30. AnEx Club, Inc. is not a support group, rehabilitative or day care organization – it is a social and educational club. Members must be independent in self-care skills such as toileting and eating, and, for the safety of other members, group leaders, peer volunteers, speakers, and the animals themselves, cannot have disruptive behavioral issues. AnEx Club, Inc., reserves the right to refrain from admission or continued participation of any club members who do not qualify for the minimal club criteria or who violate the ANEX Club code of ethics and policies. Others with special needs interested in joining are welcome but must meet minimum independence criteria or have a family member or caregiver present at all times to provide such care.

DONATION REFUND POLICY
If you have made an error in submitting your donation to AnEx Club or wish to cancel, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 business days or your donation. To request a refund, please contact ceddow@anexclub.org and submit a refund request. Please include your name, contact information, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method except for cash donations which will be refunded via check. If your donation was made using a credit or debit card, the refund will be to the same card. For returns of $100 or greater, the IRS will be notified in writing to assure honesty in charitable donation claims.
